What to Expect
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available to all students. Mills Sensei offers one-on-one and small group instruction in Aikido, Ukemi, Kenjutsu, and Aiki weapons.
You can schedule private classes with Chris Mills Sensei for $100 each.
Uniform
Until an Aikido practitioner achieves the level of black belt, they wear a white gi: cotton jacket, trousers, and belt. Aikido is practiced barefoot.
