This course is focused on basic Aikido principals. Ukemi waza, rolling and falling techniques, proper etiquette and Japanese terminology along with high energy training attached to a centered focused mind.

Private Lessons
$100/hour. By arrangement with Mills Sensei.
Private lessons are available to all students. Mills Sensei offers one-on-one and small group instruction in Aikido, Ukemi, Kenjutsu and Aiki weapons.
